Oktoberfest Skal Meeting at Maison Dupuy!

Our October meeting will be our annual OktoberFest theme in the beautiful courtyard of the Maison Dupuy Hotel on Monday, October 15.  For those of you who were unable to make this special event the last two years...each time was so fabulous!  We highly suggest that you do whatever you can to not miss this one!

Chef is offering the fabulous menu we enjoyed so much last year!

First course:   flammenkuchen: crispy bacon and onion tarts

Second course:   traditional sauerbraten with warm German potato salad and braised red cabbage

Third course:   bienestich: bee sting cake, yeast cake with pastry cream and honey-salted almond crust

Cash bar in the Bistreaux - 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Dinner in the Courtyard - 6:30 pm

Because space is limited to the first 55 to RSVP, we will not be able to approve any guest requests until we hear from our members FIRST, but we will create a waiting list.  We will give our members until October 10th to respond before we go to the wait list.
