Our Skal New Orleans March Dinner Meeting takes place at Copper Vine Wine Pub on Monday, March 18.   Be sure to get there early to enjoy some great cocktails and networking.  

The culinary team of Copper Vine will be providing a delicious menu including... 

Balsamic Beets & Fresh Feta 
smashed cucumbers, avocado, mint, pumpkin seeds

Choice of Entrée: 

A - Short Rib Ragu & Pappardelle Pasta
red wine braised short rib ragu, stewed tomatoes, rosemary, parmesan

B- Redfish Amandine 
brown buttered almond crust, asparagus, crispy marble potatoes, champagne vin blanc

Dessert: 
Chocolate & Brown Butter Pot de Creme 
amaretto whipped cream, smoked almonds

Networking+ Cash Bar from 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Two glasses of wine included with Dinner Service)

Dinner starts promptly at 6:30 pm

For all "Active" members, the cost of this meeting is included in your annual dues. The cost for Life & Retired Members is $70.
