Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 21st at Briquette Restaurant located at 701 S. Peters St. (corner Girod). Proprietors A.J. and Anna Tusa are opening on a Monday night just for Skal New Orleans...so we will have the entire venue just for us.
Here's our menu selection:
Starters: Choice of One (select on site)
Briquette Salad
Baby market greens, eggplant caviar, fresh goat cheese, petite tomatoes, creole mustard vinaigrette

House Gumbo
Chef's Selection of the evening
Entrees: Choice of One (Entree selection is needed in advance!)
A. Snapper Pontchartrain
Lump crab meat, Hollandaise, Heirloom pommes frites, baby green beans

Mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh arugula, pimentos, cream sauce
