Spring Greens, Honeycrisp apples, roquefort, candied pecans

ENTREE

Option A:  Gulf Fish Provencal

Roasted Tomatoes, Artichokes, Caper Beurre Blanc, Herbed Onion Rice

OR

Option B:  Filet Au Poivre

Smashed parmesan gold potatoes, roasted asparagus

DESSERT:

Antoines Baked Alaska

Networking + Cash bar begins at 5:30 pm downstairs at the Hermes bar.  Program and Dinner (including 2 glasses of wine) starts promptly at 6:30 pm on the second floor in the 12th Night Room (access either stairs or elevator).
