Skal’s October 21st Dinner Meeting is at Garrison Kitchen + Cocktails in Metairie

Skalleagues …

Our next Skal New Orleans Dinner Meeting takes place on Monday, October 21st at Garrison’s Kitchen + Cocktails at 2918 Metairie Road between Labarre & Causeway (directly across from TANA).   Arrive as early as 5:30 pm to enjoy our networking hour. 

We plan to network and dine outside under the outdoor gazebos…but don’t worry, there is a plan B in case of inclement weather.  This is a meeting where dressy casual attire would be perfectly acceptable.  

Garrison’s Executive Chef has a delicious menu planned for us including… 

First course, choice of:

Caesar salad
Or 
Butternut Squash Bisque 
Lump crab, brown butter, creme fraiche, sage

Second Course, choice of:

Selection A:  Braised short ribs
whipped potatoes, grilled broccolini, demi glace
Or 
Selection B:  Striped bass a la plancha
cannellini beans, roasted tomato, asparagus, herb salad

Third Course, assortment of: 

Chocolate mousse
brown sugar caramel, dark + white chocolate, maldon salt

Graham cracker, peanut, almond + hazelnut, blueberry chantilly

Networking+ Cash Bar from 5:30 – 6:30 pm   (wine included with Dinner Service)

Dinner starts promptly at 6:30 pm

For all “Active” members, the cost of this meeting is included in your annual dues. (The cost for Life & Retired Members is $70.  To pay online, please contact bobbimannino@gmail.com and request an invoice which can be paid by credit card.)
